A proud Colorado native, Cassie graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management, specializing in Accounting. With more than 20 years of experience across diverse accounting and leadership roles, she is recognized as an analytical, detail-oriented professional with a proven record of driving financial growth and organizational success.

Cassie has held leadership positions as Executive Director and Finance Director, guiding organizations through strategic planning, fiscal management, and operational growth. She also serves as Treasurer for the Evans Area Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes her financial expertise and community leadership to strengthen the Chamber’s mission and impact.

Deeply committed to service, Cassie volunteers her time with local nonprofits and provides pro bono accounting services to organizations in need, reflecting her belief in using her skills to uplift her community.

As CEO of Foundation Financial & Accounting Services, she continues to empower businesses and nonprofits through ethical leadership, financial stewardship, and collaborative problem-solving.

Outside of her professional life, Cassie is a proud mother of three who enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her family in the Colorado outdoors.

Kelsey Smith

A proud Eastern Colorado native, Kelsey earned her bachelor's degree in business from the University of Northern Colorado before building her career within Northern Colorado’s business community. With more than ten years of experience across financial operations and organizational management, she is recognized as a versatile, detail-driven professional committed to strengthening the financial health and operational efficiency of the organizations she serves.

Kelsey has contributed to multiple leadership and operational roles, supporting strategic planning, financial oversight, and process improvement initiatives. Her cross-training across key financial functions allows her to streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and support long-term organizational growth.

She brings strong technical expertise in financial reconciliation, profit and loss analysis, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and accounts payable/receivable management. Beyond her technical skill set, Kelsey is known for her ability to align financial processes with broader organizational goals, ensuring that daily operations support sustainable success.

Dedicated to professionalism and service, Kelsey is committed to using her financial expertise to support businesses and teams with integrity, clarity, and collaboration.

Outside of her professional work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her nieces and nephews, cheering on the Denver Broncos, and taking trips to the mountains.

Staff Accountant

Jamie Rouse

Jamie Rouse is a dedicated finance professional who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Wyoming. With eight years of experience supporting small businesses, she is recognized for her accuracy, consistency, and commitment to maintaining clear, reliable financial records.

Throughout her career, Jamie has managed day-to-day bookkeeping operations, performed detailed reconciliations, supported payroll processes, and helped business owners stay organized and confident in their financials. Her strong foundation in finance, paired with hands-on experience across diverse industries, allows her to deliver dependable bookkeeping that strengthens decision-making and supports smoother operations.

Deeply committed to helping others succeed, Jamie approaches her work with professionalism, integrity, and a genuine desire to make financial management easier for the clients she serves.

Outside of her professional life, Jamie stays active by chasing after her kids and jumping into a variety of sports. She coaches basketball, plays volleyball, and enjoys trying new activities like pickleball. When she’s not on a court, she loves spending time in the kitchen baking and sharing homemade treats with family and friends.

Staff Accountant

Tami Naylor

Tami Naylor brings dedication and a wealth of experience to her role as Staff Accountant. Originally from Denver, she graduated from Colorado State University, later moving to Washington State before settling in Greeley with her husband, Tim, where they raised their three children. She has proudly called Greeley home for the past 30 years.

Before joining Foundation Financial & Accounting Services, Tami built a distinguished 24-year career as Office Manager with Weld County School District 6. In that role, she oversaw a wide range of administrative and financial responsibilities, developing a strong foundation in organizational management, fiscal oversight, and process improvement.

As a Staff Accountant, Tami applies her extensive background to support clients with precision and care. She is skilled in financial reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and the preparation of financial statements. Her attention to detail, combined with her collaborative approach, ensures that clients receive accurate reporting and dependable support for their day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, her two dogs—Corbett and Waylon—and her “grand pups,” Penny, George, and Poppy. She can often be found walking them at all times of the day, reflecting her love for the outdoors and her active lifestyle.
